However, meeting this income requirement does not guarantee financial assistance. AAH requires advance appointments for all cases and no longer accepts walk-ins. General InfoThe ASPCA Animal Hospital exists to relieve suffering and provide life-saving care for animals who have been victims of cruelty and neglect, and for cats and dogs whose owners are experiencing financial challenges.
